Swell Summary
A small size, medium period due north swell has been filling in at the nearshore buoys today, producing head high surf. This swell will peak tonight and then slowly ease through the weekend. Model guidance suggests another small, short-to-medium period north swell through the local waters around Tuesday. South-facing shore surf will remain small through early next week as a combination of short period southeast and background medium-to-long period south southwest swells pass through. Surf along east-facing shores will remain small and choppy through early next week due to the lack of trades over and upstream of the state.
