Swell Summary

Short to medium period east swell generated by weakening tropical cyclone Gilma will maintain moderate surf along east facing shores this evening. East shore surf will gradually diminish from east to west late tonight and Friday, as Gilma dissipates near the islands. A small south swell will fade tonight, followed by small background swells from the south and southeast through the rest of the week. A small northwest swell will arrive late tonight and Friday, then diminish during the weekend.

Surf: Chest to shoulder high N short period wind swell for the morning going more NNE and building into the chest to head range in the afternoon.

Conditions: Bumpy/choppy with NNE winds 15-20mph in the morning shifting NNW for the afternoon.

Conditions: Glassy in the morning with ESE winds less than 5mph. Semi glassy conditions for the afternoon with the winds shifting to the SSE.
