Hawai‘i Island police seek public help finding missing Hilo man

Hawaiʻi Island police are requesting the public’s help in locating a Hilo man who was reported missing.

Railee Santos, 29, was last seen in the area of Pepe’ekeo on Sunday at approximately 4:30 p.m. He is considered endangered and may need medical attention.

Santos is described as Hawaiian-mix, thin-build, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, medium complexion, black afro-style hair, brown eyes, tribal and rosary-like tattoos on his forearms. It is unknown what he was wearing last.

Police ask anyone with information about Santos’ whereabouts to call the department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.
