Swell Summary
Surf will steadily rise along exposed north, west, and south facing shores today due to a combination of a long-period south-southwest swell and a short-period north-northwest swell filling in. Heights will likely reach the advisory level for south facing shores by the end of today, with rough conditions expected due to a combination of the swell and breezy onshore winds. The south-southwest swell will peak tonight through Friday, then begin to ease into the weekend. A fresh, long-period south-southwest swell will fill in through the day Sunday, which supports the surf continuing through early next week as it peaks. Surf along north facing shores will linger into Friday, then steadily ease over the weekend. Surf along east facing shores will trend up next week.
