‘Coffee Tea Water: Essential Elements EXPO’ Oct. 21 at Nāʻālehu Park
Stargazer Industries of Nāʻālehu is hosting the “Coffee Tea Water: Essential Elements EXPO” to celebrate Ka’u Coffee and Tea farmers today.
This free event will offer island bottled water from Waiākea Water, live musical performances from across the state, food and retail vendors from around the island.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Nāʻālehu County Park in Nāʻālehu.
The Expo will assist local schools in two communities to obtain the equipment and much-needed repairs through donations to the “Ka’u Wish List Fund”.
Expo vendors will feature accessories for brewing, tea and water infusion containers and condiments to products made with those ingredients, or created in relation to those categories.
“Not only is this event designed to “Give Back” to local communities on a variety of levels, but with sponsors like KTA Superstores, Paradise Helicopters, Hawaii Med-Spa, the WS Restaurant at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, HPM Building supply and Home Depot of Kona, it has helped to pay for some of the expenses for the event and fuel the media plan to shine a light on the donation side of the event.”
Parking is available on-site with two additional locations near the event. Visit: http://StargazerIndustriesInc.com/events for more information.
“The Ka’u Wish List Fund” will give 75% of donations to Ka’u schools and educators via Stacey Bello, superintendent East Hawaiʻi Department of Education and 25% of donations to the Hawaiʻi Teacher’s Association of Lāhainā, via Christopher Chang, UniServ
director.
