Hawaiʻi Care Choices to host free Healthcare Talk Story on grief, loss
Hawaiʻi Care Choices in Hilo will be hosting a free online Healthcare Talk Story on May 10.
The talk will begin at 10 a.m. and is aimed at providing tips and guidance to those facing grief and loss during what can often be a difficult season.
The virtual event will be available on both Zoom and Facebook Live, and will feature Lani Weigert and Tish Lopez as hosts and moderators.
Also joining the discussion will be Chaplain Renee Godoy, an ordained minister and chaplain for both the police and fire departments, whose mission is centered around the importance of quality of life.
For those looking to further honor the memories of loved ones who have passed, Hawaiʻi Care Choices also will also be hosting a Celebration of Life on May 28 from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Reeds Bay Beach Park in Hilo.
