First Hawaiian Bank donates $35,000 to Hawai’i Island United Way

First Hawaiian Bank presented Hawai’i Island United Way with a check for $35,000 as part of its 2023 campaign. 

These funds will allow Hawai’i Island United Way and its partner nonprofits to respond to the increased needs and provide additional services to support the most vulnerable in the county.

“On behalf of HIUW and the people of our Big Island community, mahalo nui loa to First Hawaiian Bank for their consistent generosity and care for making our community a better place, said Karen Davis, President and Chief Professional Officer of Hawai’i Island United Way.
