65-year-old Kona resident reported missing by family

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the community’s assistance in locating 65-year-old Kris Seizen Yamauchi of Kailua-Kona.
He was reported missing by his family. Due to his age, he is considered endangered.
Yamauchi was last seen on April 6 at about 11 a.m. in the Keauhou area. He is Japanese, 5 feet 2 inches and 120 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Yamauchi’s whereabouts should call the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
