Earthquakes near Fiji poses no tsunami threat to Hawaiian Islands

This morning, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reported there is no tsunami threat to the Hawaiian Islands following three earthquakes in the region south of Fiji early Wednesday morning.

One of the earthquakes had a magnitude of 7.

The Hawaiʻi County Civil Defense Agency said it will inform the public if conditions change.
