Once our Customer Care team receives a call regarding property damage, our Mitigation Techs are the first to arrive on site. They are quick to act, assess the damage that has been done and work with the customer to help stabilize the damage. This role is incredibly challenging as not all buildings are built the same and not all damage affects property the same. We want someone who is analytical, who is naturally curious, and who can act quickly. Our techs work in teams and collaborate all day as there is quite a bit of coordination that goes into stabilizing damage and helping customers understand next steps in the restoration process.
