East Hawaiʻi Health Clinics will be holding a community giveaway of COVID at-home test kits and N95 masks Friday, April 29, at 10 a.m.

The event will take place at the Hilo Civic Auditorium’s main entrance located at 323 Manono Street. The distribution is set for each of the 1,500 recipients to receive four test kits and three N95 masks – while supplies last.

Recipients are asked to park and walk to the main entrance of the Civic to avoid traffic disruptions on local roadways. This giveaway is made possible through the HRSA COVID-19 Testing Supply Program.

“With the steady uptick in COVID cases in the past five weeks, this community distribution of test kits and masks is timely,” Hilo Medical Center officials stated. “We hope members of our community come out to equip themselves in this phase of the pandemic.”
