Public Invited to Coffee With a Cop in Waimea

The work week begins in South Kohala with a chance to talk to community law enforcement officers over a cup of coffee.

South Kohala residents interested in meeting their district police officers are invited to attend the ever-popular Coffee with a Cop from 9-11 a.m. Monday, March 28, at Waimea Starbucks in the Parker Ranch Center.

According to a media release from the Hawai‘i Police Department, this police outreach event is a great opportunity for community members to engage in conversation with their district police officers. Topics of conversation can range from sharing personal stories to answering questions or even discussing neighborhood or community issues.
