Swell Summary
The current small north-northwest swell will maintain small surf along exposed north and west facing shores this weekend. A new long-period north swell will likely begin to spread down over the area starting late Sunday night or early Monday morning. High surf advisory level surf is expected late Monday night into Tuesday. The locally strong trade winds in the vicinity and upstream of the islands will produce slightly elevated, rough surf along east facing shores through early next week. Small background surf along south facing shores is expected to continue to gradually lower this weekend.
