Authorities seek the public’s help locating a 17-year-old girl who has run away twice within the past couple of weeks.
Simeko Kosme was last seen in Hilo on Saturday, July 17, 2021. She is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 147 pounds, having a dark complexion with black hair and brown eyes. Kosme is believed to frequent both the Hilo and Puna districts.
Simeko was reported as a runaway on July 4. She was found in Hilo in good health on Friday, July 16, 2021.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Kosme’s whereabouts to contact the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
