Police Seek Public’s Help Finding Woman Who Escaped Police Custody

Kelia Dallas Armstrong

Hawai‘i Police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating a 24-year-old Pāhoa woman who escaped police custody shortly after being arrested two weeks ago.

Kelia Dallas Armstrong was last seen in Pahoa at 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 15, 2021, Armstrong is wanted for an outstanding warrant, as well as terroristic threatening, theft, and escape.

She is described as having a fair complexion, 5-foot-1-inches tall, 110 pounds, with long blonde straight hair and blue eyes. Armstrong was last seen wearing a bluish-green sports top and black spandex-type pants.
