Hawaiʻi Island police have located 12-year-old Niau Paulos, who was reported missing on July 12, 2018.

He was found this morning, July 13, at about 11:15 a.m. in Waimea in good condition.

The Hawaiʻi Island Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Niau Paulos who has been reported as missing.

He is 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighs 120 pounds with a medium build, brown hair and eyes.

Paulos was last seen in the vicinity of Church of the Nazarene on Kupulau Road in Hilo. He was wearing a grey Nike T-shirt, salmon-colored shorts, a black hat and brown shoes.

Anyone having information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
