Keauhou Shopping Center presents acclaimed singer and slack key guitar master Ben Kaili at the Hui Kakoʻo Benefit Concert Series on Saturday, June 30, 2018, begging at 5 p.m.

This family-friendly event, sponsored by Kona Stories, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Royal Thai Cafe, Therapydia Kona, Blue Sea Artisans Gallery and Sea Paradise, is held in the Kai Maloʻo Reef Stage area, in front of Longs Drugs.

Admission is two cans of food that will be donated to The Food Basket, Hawaiʻi Island’s food bank. Bring more than two cans for a chance to win a prize from one of the concert sponsors. Keauhou Shopping Center is a proud, ongoing supporter of the The Food Basket and its mission to end hunger in Hawaiʻi County.

Known as Kona’s Legendary Gathering Place, Keauhou Shopping Center also hosts ongoing community events, including hula performances and kūpuna crafts, in addition to this benefit concert series. On Saturday, Aug. 25, Nā Hōkū Hanohano award-winning singer Darlene Ahuna performs at the Hui Kakoʻo Benefit Concert.
