A storm has wiped out parts of the Pana‘ewa neighborhood in Hilo, Hawai‘i, on Monday, March 26, 2018.

The Hawai‘i Police Department advises residents to avoid Pohai Street between Ohuohu and Mikioi Streets due to weather-related damages and power outages from downed lines.
