Pre-school story time at the Kona Stories Book Store is held monthly on the last Wednesday of each month at 10:30 a.m for children ages 3 to 6 with the help of the American Association of University Women (AAUW).

This month, story time is on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, with author and naturalist Katherine Hocker and her book, When You See Flukes. Children will be learning about humpback whales.

This book will be read at the next story time.

Since 1881 AAUW has been the nation’s leading voice promoting education and equity for women and girls. AAUW promotes equity for all women and girls, lifelong education, and positive societal change.

On the day of story time, check your child in at the book store about 10 minutes early and then join the fun in the courtyard under the tents.
