South: Surf heights are expected to be waist/shoulder high today. The best breaks could get up to head high.

Northeast trade swell for eastern exposures is forecast to hold up to chest / head high with overhead sets. We expect a northwest swell to continue filling in Monday.

Our current southwest swell is forecast to hold for southern exposures through Monday / Tuesday in the waist / shoulder / head high range.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
