HFS Federal Credit Union Offers Youth Finance Training

High school seniors on the Big Island will get a head start on managing their finances at HFS Federal Credit Union’s Reality Fair on Oct. 1, 2017, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Sangha Hall in Hilo.

The Reality Fair offers students the chance to get hands-on experience and learn what it means to manage a family household budget of their own.They will get a glimpse into the future of life with a with a career, family and many choices to make surrounding their lifestyle and how much it will cost.

Registration opens Aug. 23, and ends Sept. 15, (while spots available, first come first serve). Students interested in participating should visit HFS Federal Credit Union’s website to register.  For their participation, students will receive a swag bag, lunch, and be entered to win prizes.
