SBDC Hosting ‘5 Steps to Increasing Customer Loyalty’ Workshop

The Hawaiʻi Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host an interactive workshop entitled “5 Steps to Increasing Customer Loyalty” on Saturday, Aug. 26, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Natural Energy Laboratory Hawaiʻi Authority (NELHA) Campus in Kona.

Presented by Alex Mitchell, a successful strategic marketing, branding and business consultant for more than 20 years, the workshop will show participants how to define their brand, gain customer trust and loyalty, and earn repeat customers who will promote the products and services they support.

Mitchell has influenced consumer branding and business development for major corporations including BusinessWeek, Chanel, U.S. News World & Report, the New York Observer and Time Out Publications.

The workshop fee is $20 and registration is available online.
