Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Trade winds are expected to pick back up in strength for Friday through the weekend with clouds and showers favoring our usual windward and mauka spots. Rainfall is expected to be on the light side through the weekend.

We expect east winds around 15 to 20 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 83° to 88°. Mostly sunny skies with isolated windward showers for the Hilo side. For the Kona side, sunny skies to start with clouds building in the afternoon and possible isolated showers during that time. Sunday, weather conditions will be similar with winds dropping to about 10 to 15 mph.

East winds are forecast around 15 to 20 mph and dropping to 10 to 15 mph Sunday. Partly cloudy skies with scattered showers for windward spots and clearing for leeward areas. Low temperatures from 72° to 77°.
