Registration Open for ‘Imiloa Science Camp

Registration is open for the Spring 2017 Intersession Science is Everywhere Camp.

‘Imiloa Astronomy Center has partnered with the Hawai‘i Science and Technology Museum to create a fun and interactive camp for grades two through six to take place at ‘Imiloa Astronomy Center on Monday, March 20, through Friday, March 24.

The camp will include engaging activities about our solar system, robotics, marine science, natural environment and other STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) activities.

Camp drop-off time begins at 7:40 a.m., and pick-up time is 3 p.m.

The cost for camp is $225 for ‘Imiloa members and $250 for the general public.

To register, print and fill out the Camp Registration Form and return it to ‘Imiloa’s front desk, along with full camp payment.

Camp is available to 60 children and will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Registration is not complete until ‘Imiloa receives your completed registration form and full tuition payment.

‘Imiloa Astronomy Center, located at 600 ‘Imiloa Place in Hilo,  is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed Mondays).
