A community meeting to discuss the Downtown Hilo Multimodal Master Plan (DHMMP) will be held on Feb. 15 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Mokupāpapa Discovery Center in Downtown Hilo.

The DHMMP was refined and developed over two years through community events, focus groups, local landowners and businesses in an effort to make Downtown Hilo more walkable, bike friendly and inviting for people of all age and abilities.

The DHMMP Draft can be downloaded online or written comments may be submitted via e-mail to downtownhilo@hawaiicounty.gov, or by mail to the County of Hawaiʻi Planning Department at 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 3, Hilo, Hawaiʻi 96720.
