Looking Ahead
Clouds and showers from an old front are forecast to linger along windward and mauka areas through early Wednesday morning. A light wind pattern is expected for the islands starting Wednesday. This light wind pattern will lead to afternoon clouds and showers over leeward and interior areas of most islands and last through the weekend. The trades are expected to return early next week.

Partly cloudy with scattered showers for windward spots. Hazy skies for the Kona side with sunshine in the morning and isolated showers in the afternoon as cloud cover builds. High temperatures from 82° to 87°. Winds will be out of the northwest around 15 mph.
