Big Island Surf Forecast
Hilo side: Small short period wind waves from the east-southeast. Light and variable north-northeast winds with smooth seas later.
Kona side & South: SSW swell continues with the well exposed breaks of the Kona Coast around knee to waist high surf, as top spots hit chest high and a little better on sets
Keep in mind surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
