Hilo Woman Named Among RESA Top Stagers
A Hilo woman was recently named as one of the Top 10 Professional Stagers of the Year, U.S.A. by the Real Estate Staging Association.
Ululani Poepoe is the owner of UP Staging & Design and a member of RESA, a trade association for professional real estate stagers and re-designers.
The top inclusion will allow Poepoe to compete for the overall RESA Occupied Staging category.
“It’s thrilling to be recognized by RESA as one of the Top 10 Professional Stagers in the U.S. This annual competition is judged amongst our staging peers worldwide,” said Poepoe. “It’s my third year entering the competition, and my third year placing amongst the Top 10.”
Poepoe is listed among other top stagers in the nation, including Kara Wood, Helen Bartlett, Judith Burzell, Kathy Burke, Bobbie McGrath, Suzanne O’Brein, Hana Slivka, and Nina George.
“It’s fantastic to be representing not just Hawai’i as a Top 10 finalist, but our beloved Hilo, in this worldwide competition,” Poepoe said. “Home staging has evolved over the past 20 years as the new curbside appeal means you must have beautiful internet pictures representing your home on MLS.”
The winners of each category will be announced during a RESACON2016 award banquet. The convention is held over a three-day period in Las Vegas.
