DOFAW to Host Kamuela Arbor Day Plant Sale

An Arbor Day plant sale will be hosted by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife on Friday, Nov. 6 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The sale will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the DLNR DOFAW’s Kamuela State Tree Nursery, located on Lalamilo Road in Kamuela.

Native plants like koa, ohia, native hibiscus species, sandalwood, cypress, and pines will be sold. Dibble tube seedlings will start at $1 each and bigger trees in pots will also be available. Two-gallon pots will run up to $11.

Only cash will be accepted at the sale.
