We expect mostly clear mornings with mostly cloudy skies and isolated showers building in the afternoon. Hazy skies are expected on the leeward side (see UHSOEST vog model above). Winds are forecasted out of the east from 10 to 15 mph. High temperatures should fall in the range of 79° to 84°.

Tonight
Mostly cloudy skies are forecasted early tonight with isolated showers. After the land breeze develops, skies are expected to clear. Winds are forecasted out of the east from 10 to 15 mph. Low temperatures from 66° to 71° are expected.

Looking Ahead
Light east to southeast winds will remain in place for the first half of the week. Conditions will be relatively dry and stable, with a land / sea breeze pattern expected and very little rainfall. Another cold front will approach the state late in the week moving down the island chain starting Thursday night. The front is expected to dissipate over the Big Island during the weekend.
