Here, you’ll find a menu full of locally sourced ingredients from a handful of Hawaii’s organic farms, fisheries and free range ranches. All their selections are fresh and creative in terms of flavor combinations, and in my opinion perfect for family style dining. This is most definitely one of those kinds of Hawaii restaurants where you’re going to want to taste a little bit of everything because it’s all so deliciously alluring.

Favorites on the starter menu are the KPC Limu Poke served with big eye ahi tuna, kukui nut, local avocado, limu and sesame lavosh, the Sake Soy Steamed Fresh Mussels, or the Chilled Ocean Sampler (for two) served with lemongrass poached jumbo shrimp, Pacific oysters, big eye ahi poke and King crab legs. The Kona Lobster and Local Corn Chowder is deliciously perfect with fresh thyme, smoked bacon, and golden potatoes, and the Keala’ola Farm Organic Caesar is super ono with baby romaine, heart of palm, avocado, crispy taro and pear tomatoes.

Obviously appetizing specialty items at Kamuela Provision Company include the Ginger Steamed Monchong, New York Steak Frites, Pan Seared Kurobuta Pork Chops, the Seafood Bouillabaisse, and the Two Pound Kona Lobster. If you want to go for a little taste of everything, order the Mauka Makai served with grilled beef tenderloin, grilled lobster tail with lilikoi butter, potato rosti and grilled asparagus.
