Police are renewing their request for the public’s help finding a Japanese tourist who has been missing since Feb. 13.

Hiromichi Yoshino, 51, was last seen shortly before 9 a.m. that day in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

Yoshino’s rented vehicle, a burgundy-colored Kia four-door sedan, was found at the end of Highway 130 in Kalapana, near the lava-viewing area.

The vehicle, which was unlocked, was believed to have been there since Feb. 14.
