VIDEO: W.M. Keck time-lapse video taken from the facility’s Cosmic Cams (parking cam) yesterday, April 30, from about 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The ice melts, builds up, then melts again throughout the day.
The W. M. Keck Observatory’s Weather Cam has captured snow photos on the morning of Monday, May 1.
The National Weather Service in Honolulu has extended the Winter Storm Watch for the summits of Hawai‘i Island through today.
