Looking Ahead
The trade winds are forecast to build back in Monday becoming breezy by Tuesday. Drier and more stable conditions are expected Monday through Thursday. On Friday a disturbance is passing north of the state and could bring showery conditions through the upcoming weekend. Will keep an eye on it.

We expect east winds around 15 to 20 mph with higher gusts. High temperatures are forecast from 83° to 88°. Mostly sunny skies with scattered windward showers for the Hilo side in the morning. Kona side may get some isolated afternoon showers and haze.
