Gov. David Ige will hold a Community Connection town hall meeting at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, 200 W. Kawili St. in University Campus Building 301, Room 100, on Tuesday, Aug.9, 2016, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

This is an opportunity for the community to engage in meaningful discussions with the governor and members of his administration on issues that are important to Hilo residents.

Along with the governor, the Governor’s Coordinator on Homelessness Scott Morishige will attend, as well as representatives from the state Department of Agriculture, Health, Land and Natural Resources and Transportation.
