A community meeting by the County of Hawai’i Department of Parks and Recreation’s Elderly Activities Division will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at the Honomu Gymnasium from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The meeting’s subject will revolve around the restructuring of the Honomu Senior Club. Those who are over the age of 55 and their families are invited to be in attendance at the meeting to discuss and share input about improvement to the club.
One of the functions of the Elderly Activities Division’s Elderly Recreation Services is the operation of senior clubs throughout the island.
