The Great Waikoloa Ukulele Festival

On March 3, that little stringed instrument will be celebrated at the Ukulele Festival taking place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Kings’ and Queens Shops in Waikoloa. There will be a free ukulele workshop presented by Roy and Kathy Sakuma at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and Spa, live entertainment on two stages, and prize drawings throughout the day.

Danny Kaleikini will be the Master of Ceremonies and live music will be performed by: Ohta San, Nelly Toyama Baduria and Daniel Baduria, ‘AHAmele, The Kupuka’as, Hawai’i Prepatory Academy, Kona Pacific Public Charter School, Waikoloa School and Nando Suan.
