So the 17th annual gathering of beer lovers for beer lovers is sold out. If you don’t have that magic ticket already, all one can do is cry in the glass of suds at Kona Brew Pub and dream of the thirty breweries sampling their approximately seventy flavors of ales, lagers and stouts. Don’t even think of the thirty-two food and refreshment stations either.

However, there’s still some kind of consolation left. The Brewers’ Pa’ina being held at the Sheraton Keahou Bay Resort from 6 p.m. to p.m. on Thursday March 8 still has tickets available for $60. This food and beer pairing buffet dinner will feature Kona Brew Pub brews and an assortment of food, pupus, and desserts crafted with various beers as an ingredient.

Guests must be 21 years and older and will eat under the night sky. Hawaiian style live music and dance will be the night’s entertainment. Visit www.konabrewersfestival.com for tickets, or call 808-331-3033 for more information.
