Former Officer Gets 48 Months For Civil Rights Violation
US District Judge Leslie E. Kobayashi on Wednesday sentenced John Rabago, 44, of Honolulu, Hawai‘i, to 48 months of imprisonment for his role in violating an individual’s constitutional rights.
