Luke Ollis was taken into custody on July 17 by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents after arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on a flight from Taiwan.

Patrick James Richardson III, who was on parole for a 2018 state of New Mexico felony conviction for possession of deadly weapon by a prisoner, was arrested on an outstanding New Mexico parole warrant by officers with the Area I Criminal Investigation Section on March 30.
