Looking Ahead
Dry, trade wind weather is forecast for the week. Any rainfall will focus over windward and mauka spots and be rather light. A slight decrease in easterly trade winds is expected Wednesday through Friday. An increase in trades and windward rainfall is possible later next weekend.

We have east winds today around 15 to 20 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 79° to 84°. Partly sunny skies with isolated showers for windward spots. The Kona side will be mostly sunny to start with mostly cloudy skies and isolated showers in the afternoon. Locally hazy skies are forecast as well.
