KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed Darlene Ahuna to the KAPA Cafe.
Darlene is notably one of Hawaii’s top female vocalists. When she was younger, she was influenced by her uncle to start singing and taught herself to play the ukulele. At the age of 17, she was singing and playing traditional Hawaiian music with Ku’uipo Kumukahi. She has won many Na Hoku Hanohano Awards including “Female Vocalist of the Year”.
