The Hawai‘i Medical Service Association (HMSA) will close its Kona office and transition to virtual servicing, effective July 16.

While HMSA will no longer have a physical Kona office, its employees will continue to serve the community and the HMSA members who live there.

“The reduced in-person visits to the Kona office over the last year have made it evident that our Kona members are ready for this transition,” HMSA stated in a press release.

HMSA will continue to provide the same service to Kona members through online tools and call centers. Member support is available online 24/7 and by phone Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
