Second Annual Art is Life Festival to be Held in Pāhoa

The Arts & Science Center (ASC) will present the second annual Art is Life Festival on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hawai‘i Academy of Arts and Sciences (HAAS) Public Charter School in Pāhoa.

Celebrating and supporting local art and artists, the free event will include fine art and craft vendors, food, contests, entertainment, activities and demonstrations. Visitors will experience demonstrations and products that promote creativity and the arts, with the intent of providing educational and networking opportunities for all contributors and participants.

ASC is a non-profit organization founded in 2003 that owns the facility that occupied by HAAS. The organization hosts a number of other educational and community-based organizations and events.
