South: Wave heights are expected to be waist high today. The spots catching the swell could get a bit bigger on the sets. Best bet is South Point.

Trade wind swell continues but is jumbled and messy.

A small blend of southerly swell continues, but below waist high. There could be a possible increase in swells for the second half of the month with a pulse possible around the 20th.

Nothing significant expected out of the North Pacific.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
