Hawai´i Vaccine Passport Program Likely Still Months Away

A Hawai´i Senator has introduced two resolutions that would, in effect, create a vaccine passport program for incoming and interisland travelers.

Vaccine Passport Program Won’t Discriminate

The vaccine passport will be used for more than travel, where it will exempt anyone arriving in the islands from all quarantine and testing requirements. It will also likely apply to sizable public gatherings.  

‘Vaccine Passport’ to Offer Quarantine Alternative

Lt. Gov. Josh Green said he is hopeful the program will include mainland travel by May 1.
