EPA grants $1.5 million to Hawaiʻi County to expand recycling in Hilo
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced Wednesday it has awarded $2.2 million in grants to Hawaiʻi for a recycling project in Hilo and a study of waste management across several islands.
