#Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge

An endangered Hawaiian monk seal pup prematurely separated from its mother was rescued from Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument and airlifted to Kailua-Kona’s mammal hospital for treatment.

At 67, Wisdom, the world’s oldest known breeding bird in the wild, became a mother once again.
