University of Hawaiʻi establishes Genome Research Center to understand health disparities
The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa is launching the University of Hawaiʻi Pacific Center for Genome Research with a $10.9 million grant from the National Institutes of Health to study the genetic causes of diseases disproportionately affecting Native Hawaiians and Asian Americans.
