Terrell Lee lives relished the rare view he saw earlier this week: Honl’s Beach in downtown Kailua-Kona was cleared of litter, coolers, pitched umbrellas and all the other items that go into illegal camp sites. It was spotless. The problem, Lee said, is that that magnificent sight didn’t last very long.
